Children and Families

Children's ministry is a big part of what we do here at Crofton.  Our aim is to provide an environment which gives children and their families a sense of belonging and the knowledge that they are a valuable part of God's Kingdom.  We also aim to provide an exciting, engaging and stimulating programme for our children in order to help them learn what it means to follow God in the modern world.

What we do

At Crofton, we try to cater for everyone, regardless of your situation.  Each Sunday our children's programme (Junior Heroes) runs at the 10.30am Lifebuilder service.  Children stay in for the first 15 minutes or so and then return just before the end of the service.

We have two mid-week groups which cater for children and families.  Kiddiwinks is our parent and toddler group on a Tuesday morning and Friday Heroes is our primary school club on a Friday evening.

Crofton Early Learners preschool is also closely connected with the church.  Follow this link for more information.

Please use the menu on the left to find out more about our different groups.

Safeguarding Children

All volunteers working with children have a current DBS (formerly CRB) check and we have our own Child Protection Policy which can be downloaded here.
